About
Timeless ideas for an authentic life.
PROPRIUS brings together philosophy, art and the contemporary object to turn these ideas into works that can take on a personal meaning for everyone.
Timelessness
Works inspired by a wisdom that stays relevant.
Balance
Art that brings calm, clarity and depth to everyday life.
Spaces with meaning
More than decoration: works that transform a space.
Sometimes a maxim says in a few words what experience teaches us over time. An idea can pass from a book into our lives and become a landmark, a reflection or a choice.
Art & Philosophy
Philosophy offers the idea. Art gives it form.
An idea is not reproduced. It is interpreted.
Through choosing and verifying the source, and through artistic interpretation, each work keeps the distinction between quotation, paraphrase and inspired idea. The author of the idea and the artist are credited separately.
In these works, everyone can find their own experience and their own wisdom.
